Store pricing terms

What you pay
- For your first six months on Totesi, there is no fee on any order. Not on the first one, not on the thousandth.
- After six months, $2 per completed order with a subtotal of $25 or more.
- Orders with a subtotal under $25 are always free to you, before and after the six months.
- The subtotal is the price of the groceries, as you set them. It does not include tax or the delivery fee.
- A completed order is one you fulfilled. Cancelled orders carry no fee.
What you don't pay
- No monthly fee.
- No commission on your sales — the $2 is flat, whatever the order is worth.
- No setup cost. Building your online store, photographing your catalog, the phone, training and support are free.
- Totesi never charges you a payment processing fee. Your payment processor deducts its own fees under your existing agreement with them, and we credit back the processing charged on our service fee and the delivery cost.
- No charge to connect your POS. We publish the documentation and your provider does the rest.
Optional: your own website
A full website on top of your free yourstore.totesi.com storefront is $299 to build and $49 a month to host. It is optional. Nothing about your Totesi storefront depends on it.
Delivery fees
The delivery fee is paid by the customer, not by you. They'll see the exact delivery fee before they pay. It depends on how far the store is from them.
Your money
Payment for an order goes to your account. We never hold it.
