No processing fee from us
Totesi never charges you a payment processing fee. Your payment processor deducts its own fees under your existing agreement with them — and we credit back the processing charged on our service fee and the delivery cost, so you're never paying card fees on money that isn't yours.
Connect your POS — or don't
However you ring up sales, your system can connect to Totesi and keep your prices and stock in sync. We publish the documentation and your POS provider does the rest — no charge from us. Prefer not to connect anything? That works too.
What it costs
Orders
Free for your first six months — no fee on any order.
After that, $2 per completed order with a subtotal of $25 or more. Orders under $25 are always free to you.
No monthly fee. No commission on your sales. No setup cost.
Want a real website too?
yourstore.totesi.com is free and it's where customers shop. If you want a full website on top of it — a homepage with your story, an About page, a contact page, your own branding — we'll build it. We can also point your own domain at it, so the address is yours.

Totesi collects payment on behalf of the store. The store is the seller of the groceries.
Nothing about how you run your store.
Your POS stays exactly as it is. Connect it or don't — either way, we don't replace it.
Your EBT terminal stays exactly where it is. We don't touch it.
